I worked from home this week. Less efficient but much better since I could spend more time with family. After hybrid work starts, I’ll commute from Mon to Thur.
I couldn’t get enough sleep. Even though I woke up at 7 am, I spent longer than an hour getting up. Why was my sleeping quality bad?
The last perf cycle was terrible because I transferred to the US and managed many distractions. However, the perf result was better than I expected. So, I feel confident that I can be promoted next year if I do as I plan.
