Thursday and Friday were Thanksgiving. People seem to have a plan for the four days vacation. I didn’t have any schedule, and I just stayed at home. The only one I had was to go Japanese ramen restaurant in the west-field mall.
There was an extremely long waiting line, and we waited for almost 1.5hr. The food was delicious compared to others in this city. It was worth waiting for a long time to enjoy the most delicious ramen. I’ll revisit here with my wife next year.
Since the mall is far from my home, I relied on navigation. It was puzzling to activate Apple Car Play in Volvo S60. It required a USB cable and needed to disconnect Bluetooth. I had struggled for an hour, and I finally succeeded with others’ help.
Anyway, I’ve enjoyed the delicious meal and installed navigation. Even though I hadn’t done anything special during the long vacation, it was also good to rest at home doing nothing.
For 2-days, I played LOL a lot. Since I’d reached level 30, I could join the rank game. Before starting solo rank, I thought that the US people were more gentle than Koreans. However, they were just people speaking English. For stress-free gaming, I muted all and just concentrated.
It was easier to be promoted to Gold retrospecting that I had stressful two months in Korea. Maybe it is possible to reach the Platinum tier, if I try hard. But I suddenly felt dizzy and quit the game. There’s no reason to play the game without friends. It was a waste of time.
Breaking news said that the new variant, highly infectious and immune to the vaccine, has been reported. It directly impacted the stock market, especially in APAC. The most terrible thing must be that it can infect vaccinated people.
According to the news, Japan prohibited foreigners from entering the country. Daily cases in Korea are higher than 3000, and it reached almost 4000. I don’t know how the situation is difficult in the US. What I’m doing is just wearing the everywhere.
